| CONTINENTAL ELECTRONICS NAMES NEW BROADCAST MARKETING MANAGER |

| Bret Brewer Assumes Responsibility For International and Domestic Marketing Activities
DALLAS, TX - (March 2, 2001) - Continental Electronics today announced that Bret Brewer has been named broadcast marketing manager. Brewer is responsible for all aspects of worldwide marketing efforts for Continental Electronics' AM/FM broadcast transmission products including advertising, trade shows and related programs. He also will oversee international transmitter facility design and new product research.
"Bret is astute, foresighted, and understands the forces that shape the radio broadcasting marketplace. He will help us build upon our customer base and further extend our reputation for innovative, reliable products and superior customer service," said John Uvodich, Continental Electronics' president.

With Continental Electronics for 12 years, Brewer served 6 years as senior designer and most recently served as district sales manager. Brewer also was elected to the board of the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters. His accomplishments include a three-year run as Continental's top salesman and implementing Continental's Internet marketing program. He also helped to shape the company's domestic broadcast business plan.
"My goal as broadcast marketing manager is to keep Continental current with changes in broadcast and to address our customers' needs as we look to the future to plan new products and services," Brewer said.
