(March 18, 2009) — Dan Dickey has been named president of Continental

market. Dickey will responsible for all day-to-day operations. Dan will work
very closely with Tony Grimes, who will remain as Chief Executive Officer of the
company.
Dickey’s background includes engineering design, management, and organizational
development; is a recognized industry expert; and one of the primary reasons CEC
has produced many successful programs for the Department of Defense, the
Department of Energy, and has led numerous domestic and international broadcast
projects. “Dickey is the ideal candidate to further develop Continental
