new 800I HD
Radio® Importer, at this year’s NAB show in Las Vegas.
The Continental
800I data importer allows broadcasters to increase revenue
through the addition of Supplemental Audio Programming (SAP) consisting of
additional program and/or data streams designed to enhance the listeners HD
Radio® experience.
The Continental
800I data importer offers broadcasters increased
reliability through downloadable upgrades and program flexibility by adding new
Advanced Applications Services (AAS) and other features as they are released.
The Continental
800I data importer interfaces directly to the Continental
802Ex
digital FM Exciter or can be co-located with the 800Exp
Exporter at the studio complex offering unparalleled flexibility and
adaptability.
Functionality

Adds supplemental audio, Advanced Applications Services (AAS), and
program-associated data (PAD) to primary HD programming service.

Interfaces directly to Continental’s 802Ex digital FM Exciter as well as the
Continental 800Exp
Exporter.
