NEW PRODUCT AT THE NAB RADIO SHOW:
a) 811HD FM and IBOC Transmitter
Continental Electronic ' s will highlight its new 811HD IBOC transmitter at this year's NAB Radio exhibition. The 811HD is a cabinet - mounted , low - power, HD - only , linear transmitting system that includes an IBOC exciter to provid e ing our the company's customers with a " S s pecial c C ombined" FM/IBOC solution. Additional options include a CEC IBOC i I mporter , for multicasting and surround-sound broadcasting, and the Audemat-Aztec GOLDENEAGLE IBOC monitoring system.
The new 811HD is a 250-W HD radio transmitter for separate, special combined , antenna systems, or for use in common antenna systems. The 811HD is the perfect compl i e ment to any existing analog transmitter up to 25kW analog TPO.
The 811HD shares many of the same features of CEC's new 815D5 transmitter . High-intensity LEDs indicate operational status and AC power recycling ensure efficient operation. As with all of CEC's transmitters, the 811HD is a single - cabinet solution, delivered ready to go so that any , eliminating unexpected installation expenses are eliminated .
