| Huntsville, Alabama - (December 19, 2001) - ("IDT") today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The company will seek to list the shares on The New York Stock Exchange.
IDT, a company owned by Veritas Capital, intends to use the net proceeds of the public offering to repay a portion of its indebtedness and for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including acquisitions.
