Spare Parts Support Continental offers 24 hour, 7 days a week help for parts as long as you own Collins or Continental transmitters. Our parts department is staffed by fully qualified technical specialists. If a problem is identified with a component installed in a Transmitter that is under warranty, Continental Electronics will ship out a new replacement component free of charge as soon as possible. Our goal is to ship within 24 hours of receiving the call. If a Transmitter is out of warranty, the same response time is maintained, but in that event the customer is charged for the part. Our Promise Spare parts or equivalent items are guaranteed to be available for a period of at least 10 years following the sale, and usually are available for a much longer period, as Continental's Transmitters have historically been operated dependably in the field for well over 10 years.
