Parts
Our customers can suffer significant loss when a transmitter
or peripheral equipment is down. Knowing this, CEC is equipped
to ship parts to anywhere in the world on a short notice. Many
shipments have been made where the customer has the parts the
same day that the order was placed. Continental Electronics
provides spare parts for products for extended periods, emergency

Field Service
Under the highly unusual circumstance in which a problem is
caused by a design deficiency identified by Continental Electronics,
Continental will dispatch a Field Engineer to the site to remedy
the problem at Continental's expense. Outside of that
rare circumstance, Continental will be pleased to dispatch a
Field Engineer to the site upon request by a customer, provided
all expenses and engineering time are paid by the customer.
