Unmatched Technical Support

Continental is well known by our customers all over the world for our outstanding Customer Support Center. Providing service after the sale for our customers, Continental maintains hot lines on a 24-hour, 7-day basis to provide both Technical Support and replacement components sales. Many systems fielded by Continental 20 years ago and longer are still supported by our Customer Support Center.

If you have a question regarding your Continental transmitter, whether the transmitter is under warranty or not, you can call the Continental Electronics field service department for support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.  Our field service deparment is staffed by fully qualified technical specialists.  In most cases they can assist you in troubleshooting a problem immediately, over the phone. 

The bottom line is that we support you as long as you own a Collins or Continental transmitter -- no matter if you bought it new or used! Call 214.388.5800 for 24 hour assistance. On-site field service trips are available with advance notice and with agreement.
