CEC recognizes that benefits are an important part of our employees’ pay and benefit package. Therefore, we examine our offerings every year and provide a range of options from which employees can select that are competitive within our industry.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • 15 Days each year for 0 – 3 years of service
  • All-purpose plan provides pay to employees for time off due to vacation, illness, or personal business

Holidays

  • Nine (9) paid holidays each year
  • Schedule announced each year

401k Retirement Plan

  • Eligible for enrollment on the first of the month following date of hire
  • Currently the company matches 6% of what the employee contributes, without a vesting period

Education Assistance

  • Eligible after one year of service
  • Tuition reimbursement with required GPA based on Company policy

Life Insurance

  • Basic Life, provided for all full-time employees
  • Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment, provided for all full-time employees
  • Additional Life and AD&D may be purchased by the employee
  • Dependent Life for spouse and dependent children is also available for purchase if employee purchased additional coverage

Medical Insurance

  • Available for purchase
  • Five (5) options to choose from with different deductibles and co-pay requirements

Dental Insurance

  • Available for purchase
  • Traditional Plan with $1,500 annual maximum benefit per member

Short Term Disability

  • Provided for all full-time employees

Long Term Disability

  • Provided for all full-time employees until employee reaches age 65
