In addition to the above, we may collect certain information from applicants and employees for human resource management and employment-related matters including:

• Identifiers and Non-Public Personal Information. Identification number, driver’s license number, social security number, insurance details, and financial account information.
• Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity. Emails and communications sent from and received via CEC assets, Internet usage, and browsing history on CEC-issued devices.
• Credentials. Account and user ID, access or security code, or password.
• Professional or Employment Related Information. Education and employment history, work location, salary expectations; and insurance details and financial account information for benefits purposes.
• Characteristics of Protected Classifications under Applicable Law. Age, ethnicity, race, marital status, military or veteran status, nationality, citizenship, medical condition, physical or mental disability, pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions, gender, gender identity, and gender expression.

Sensitive Personal Information. Some of the personal information we collect and use is classified or may be classified as sensitive personal information. Examples of sensitive personal information include data regarding your racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, biometric data, health data, data concerning your gender identity and expression, your social security number, taxpayer number and driver’s license number, and financial data such as your bank account information.
